Balcony compliance, from the inspection report to the finished repair.
We are a licensed California general contractor in Sherman Oaks. We read your inspection report, scope and budget the work, handle permits and engineering, complete the repair in an occupied building, and hand back the records your files and disclosures need. One contractor, findings to closeout.
Which one is your building?
Each page answers one question, in the statute's own words, and gives you a straight next step.
Missed the SB 721 deadline
The first inspection was due January 1, 2026 for most buildings, or six years after the certificate of occupancy if the permit was applied for on or after January 1, 2019, which can fall either side of it. Here is where you stand and how to get current.
Where we stand →Your inspection found repairs
SB 721 puts the repairs on statutory clocks. We are the licensed GC who does the fix, not another report.
Get a repair plan →SB 326 & SB 721 inspections
Two laws, two different buildings, two different inspectors. Find out in thirty seconds which one governs yours.
Check which applies →SB 326 for your association
Written for boards, including the 2026 SB 410 reporting, record-keeping and resale disclosure rules.
Board compliance plan →A lot of firms will inspect your building. Far fewer can finish the job.
The inspection tells you what is wrong. Someone still has to price it, permit it, build it, and produce the paperwork that proves it was done.
Read the report
We take the inspector's findings and turn them into a prioritised scope you can act on, at no charge.
Scope and budget
Real numbers against real findings, so a board or an owner can plan instead of guess.
Permits and engineering
We coordinate with your inspecting engineer or architect and the permitting authority where the work needs it.
Repair and closeout
The work done in an occupied building, with photo documentation and the closeout records your files need.
Trusted on real projects
“Any construction is extremely high risk and stressful. Gordon assured me he would be instrumental in minimizing that concern. Through all my skepticism, it was easy, so I would use him and his contractor again.”
“Having worked with the City of LA consistently, LACC were able to get the inspectors there relatively quickly and this helped us meet our deadlines. We needed the project completed in record time. It worked out, thank you LACC.”
“Had a very good experience working with Gordon. I was always informed and had no surprises along the way.”
